My prom theme, even though I didn’t know anyone who voted for it. A recording of it was also given out instead of the traditional mug which is more useful at the post -prom keg parties. I didn’t know anyone who wanted that either.
What did you vote for?
I honestly don’t remember. Possibly “Waiting For A Girl Like You.”
What was yours?
I didn’t go to jr. or sr. prom, but I did go to Homecoming in California in a sparkly black dress and Lita Ford hair with a guy named Steve Webb. I don’t remember what The Song was. I do remember enjoying Safety Dance and Come on Eileen more than I probably should have. Both found their way onto the wedding playlist.
Love it! I am a huge Bob Seger fan. My parents played those albums constantly while I was growing up.
